Formed in 1980, David Paul Rosen & Associates (DRA) is an internationally recognized public policy and financial analysis consulting firm that brings state-of-the-art transactional expertise to affordable housing, renewable energy and energy efficiency, land value capture and urban revitalization. We excel at balancing the needs of communities with those of nonprofit and for-profit enterprises engaged in public/private partnerships.

We have represented more than 300 clients on five continents at the national, state, regional and local government level, as well as for-profit and nonprofit private sector clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to financial institutions and foundations to community development corporations.
