Inclusionary Housing

DRA is recognized as one of the leading firms nationally and internationally in the structuring, economic assessment and design of inclusionary housing programs at the local government level. Over more than 30 years, DRA has helped more than 60 communities research and develop inclusionary zoning programs and develop regulatory reforms to increase production and preservation of affordable housing. DRA developed a unique method of quantifying the cost of inclusionary housing, the value of incentives that may offset those costs, and programs to optimize production. DRA’s services include:
